Full & Part Time positions

Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Remote or from our office in London or Dublin

Contract: We see this role being full-time, but we can look at a part-time (30-hour week) contract for the right person

Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Line Manager to: Digital Marketing Intern

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as our Digital Marketing Executive. The role will primarily support the Head of Marketing to deliver a wide range of marketing strategies & digital marketing campaigns. There is a particular focus on social media, email, PPC & SEO. Gen Z is our core demographic, so a love for youth marketing & travel is a must.

The role:

Implement the approved paid social media advertising plan to meet awareness, traffic and on-line sales targets
You’ll be accountable for our organic social media channels; to engage and grow our followers and bring our brand personality to life. However, you’ll have the assistance of a social media intern to support you in the day-to day management of these channels, including content creation and fulfilment
Creating engaging content and articles for our blogs and web
Ensuring web copy is always up to date, relevant and SEO focused
Creating effective email marketing campaigns, monitoring the results and driving increased conversions
Monitor and optimise digital campaigns
Support the Head of Marketing with the day-to-day management of our paid media agencies including PPC, VoD & display
Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement and ad spend return on investment
Help deliver all digital marketing activity as part of our B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
Keep up to date with current digital trends and marketing technology

About you:

1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing
Proven experience in Facebook Ad manager + setting up paid social ads
You’ll love travel and have a passion for the Gen Z market
Have an exceptional eye for detail
A belief in the value of using data to make decisions
A drive and desire to get stuck in and be self-starting
The usual stuff like being able to use Office and write an email clearly without mixing up ‘they’re’ and ‘their’
Strong communication skills
The ability to multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and organisation

About your future role:

The Inspire Education and Travel Group is the umbrella company for two highly successful global work and travel brands, BUNAC and BUNAC. Both brands might be over 60 years old, but we don’t act like it. We’re a young and energetic team, obsessed with creating life-shaping adventures for 18-30-somethings – giving them the visa help, job connections and arrival support they need to earn money, see the world and meet new people.

(Basically, we’re the reason you don’t have to move home for the summer and get a job you hate, or stay working in the rainy UK when you could be growing your career in Vancouver, Melbourne, Auckland, Tokyo, or the USA instead).

We’re currently searching for the latest addition to our rapidly expanding team at BUNAC. You’ll need to be dynamic and quick to adapt and will be responsible for promoting BUNAC’s work and travel programmes.

Now, about the ‘promo’ part. We don’t mean badgering harried commuters outside train stations or handing out free entry tickets to nightclubs. (Although we’re definitely not opposed to free anything). We mean heading off to UK’s top universities to deliver presentations, host events, and spread the word on how BUNAC can offer students the experience of a lifetime.

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for the promotion and business development of all work and travel programmes including the Summer Camp USA, Work Canada, Work Australia, and Work New Zealand working holiday programmes.
To prepare and deliver presentations on the BUNAC portfolio of programmes to students, professors, and careers departments at BUNAC’s core 2nd and 3rd level institutions across the UK.
Be one of the key points of contact with the universities, student unions and administrators and help to build great working relationships.
To be proactive and creative in promoting BUNAC and to think outside the box.
To be aware of and counteract competitive promotion on various campuses in relation to all work and travel programmes.
To assist with recruiting, managing and training student ambassadors/campus reps in key colleges around the UK.
To assist with promoting BUNAC work programmes across all digital platforms.
Collaborate with other departments in addition to Marketing (Sales, Operations, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

Is well-travelled. You’ll have been to Summer Camp USA or have worked/interned abroad, and you can’t wait to help others have the same life-changing experiences.
Is a multi-tasker and wearer of different hats. You’ll regularly be a sales rep, marketing team member and event organiser – all in one day!

Sales Specialist

Position overview

Completed a working holiday visa abroad? Taken part in an internship abroad? Or even been on a volunteering programme? Then this is the perfect job for you!

Working directly with the sales team you will be responsible for engaging with customers enquiring about programmes and attending events.

What you're accountable for

Increasing the number of participants on programmes
Scheduling follow-up calls and inputting data
Providing informative and friendly advice to potential members
Meet and exceed personal objectives, including sales, revenue, conversion, and productivity targets
Always offer first class customer service
Arrange pre-departure calls with customers to ensure they are ready for their trip
Organise video appointments with potential leads
Sell attachments such as insurance / tours
Attend events to represent

Commitment to and involvement in overall company objectives
The ability to work with initiative and manage high workload so that all enquiries and applications are dealt with in a timely manner
A willingness to develop knowledge and understanding of all BUNA programmes and contribute towards other business area operations when required.

Position Details

Reports to: Head of Sales
Start Date: November 22 – onwards
Contract type: Full Time - Permanent
Salary: 20-25k
Base: 5 Richbell Place, Holborn (London). Work form home possible but must be able to access London regularly
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Usually Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30 PM with some flexibility

Ideally you will:

Excellent communications skills
Good word and excel skills are essential
Good organisational skills and a good track record of being a team player
Actively uses all opportunities to gain contacts and build customer base
Previous sales experience desirable but not essential
Able to maintain motivation when working alone and within a team

BUNAC Campus Reps

Do you love travel, or are you dreaming of travelling abroad after graduating? Are you looking for a side hustle that is flexible enough to fit in with your Uni schedule? Then becoming a BUNAC Brand Ambassador may be the perfect fit for you!

We’re looking for outgoing and creative students to represent BUNAC on campus. We need Brand Ambassadors who can increase the profile and awareness of BUNAC programmes like Work America, Summer Camp USA & Work Canada etc.

Your Core Duties

To represent BUNAC on your universities campus
Identify key events at your university for BUNAC to attend and/or sponsor
To promote BUNAC and BUNAC programmes on campus through the distribution of posters and flyers as you see fit/as needed
Provide support at BUNAC information sessions and events in the area, as well as taking part in any other promotions that may arise during the year
Generate ideas for promoting BUNAC products and services on campus
Receive feedback from other students within the college and pass this onto the BUNAC marketing department in the form of bi-monthly reports, with any and all information that may be of interest to BUNAC (such as student trends on campus etc.)
Take photos and videos to be shared on BUNAC's social media platforms
