The Mission: Christian Reunion Ministries is a ministry for the purpose of bringing the saving message of Jesus Christ to the people of the world, and to call them and all present Christians to the fellowship of oneness in God and Jesus Christ and the unifying bond of the Holy Spirit of love.

Statement of Purpose: Christian Reunion Ministries endeavors, in submission to God, and in service to his people and to all those he is now calling, to:

Be a transdenominational and undenominational point of contact and a source of teaching for all Christians who would be one together in Christ.

Increase scriptural understanding about unity and how to implement it by providing Bible study, sermon, and teaching materials to reunion-minded individuals, fellowships and church groups.

Assist individuals and groups by providing encouragement, direction, and education for those whom God calls to work for unity, and for seekers that God will call to be a part of the Body of Christ that have been blessed with the understanding that the church is one body.

Evangelize, calling people to Christ and to the fellowship of the Body of Christ, his church, only. I believe that all ministries must have this as their primary task.

Doctrine: I, John Davis, as director of Christian Reunion Ministries hold that spiritual truth is absolute. I also admit to the fact that church members presently do not know all truth as it applies to all things (1 Cor.13:8-13). I hold that the following doctrines are true as stated, as far as they are presently understood. I believe the Christian church can agree on these basic tenets without violating the conscience of any member that looks to the Bible for doctrinal guidance. The following list is not intended to be all-inclusive, nor is it intended to preclude any and all possible future growth in my understanding of these subjects. They are doctrines that can serve as rallying points for Christians in search of unity. I do not expect that every Christian who desires to work for unity will agree completely with every statement of doctrine I put forth on these pages.

You are invited to look into these doctrinal statements, even the ones that you feel are mostly taken for granted. You will see that there is more to these simple statements than is first apparent. You also may be surprised to learn where our belief in these basic doctrines must inevitably lead us, if we truly believe them to be true.

If you have doubts about any of these statements, then I challenge you to read what is written here with a humble mind and a prayerful attitude. And, as any careful study demands, go to your own Bible and read the surrounding context of the scriptures that are used here.

These simple statements that most Christians take for granted may appear as trite. They are not. These core Christian beliefs are essential to oneness. Pray first, then read carefully. You will see.
