This is the gateway to the Christian Reunion Fellowship Internet
eGroup. It is an Internet ministry of Christian Reunion
Ministries.
This Internet Christian fellowship is based on love,
brotherhood and friendship. It functions as a congregation and a
Christian community using the eGroup hosting service of Yahoo. We try not to offend, and we try, at least
equally as hard, not to be offended. We strive to keep the group a friendly place for Christians to gather.
Just as in any congregation, we share with each other and we
pray for one another. We laugh and we cry together. We dream and
we speculate, and in all things we show love for one another. You
are welcome to do the same to the degree that you are
comfortable. If you would like to just try out the group, you are welcome to just mostly "lurk"
and refrain from posting until you feel comfortable with us. If
you do not belong to a local congregation, you are more than
welcome to be a part of ours.
Keep in mind that this fellowship is not a denomination,
and will embrace believers of many diverse backgrounds, if
they share the basic tenets of the Christian faith. We welcome
members of various denominations as well as those who claim no
denominational affiliation. We believe that Christians can
embrace other Christians as brothers and sisters in Christ even
without embracing all of their beliefs. We are not against
doctrinal discussions, but we encourage members to be as willing to
listen respectfully as they are to express their views, and maybe even learn and change and grow along the way. Love God,
love one another.
Please do NOT attempt to join this group under false
pretenses. I understand that many Christians sincerely oppose
unity movements, and I respect those who hold those beliefs. This
is a fellowship of people who are amenable toward the views
expressed by this ministry, and explained throughout this web
site. If you do not feel comfortable with these views, then there
are many other groups where you may express your own viewpoints,
including your views about this group and what it represents. This is a friendly place,
not a place for confrontation and animosity. Violators of these
precepts may be put on moderation or barred from participation.
Joining the group under false pretenses in order to flame the
group or its members will be considered blatant dishonesty, and
will not be tolerated.
