Mary Catherine Talkington (F)

     Mary Catherine Talkington was born on 30 June 1845 at Doddridge County, West Virginia.1 She married Granville Shields, son of Thomas Shields and Nancy Frum, on 7 November 1869.2 As of 7 November 1869,her married name was Shields. Mary Catherine Talkington died on 9 June 1897 at age 51.1 She was buried at Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, Center Point, Doddridge County, West Virginia.1
