This is an interactive online group of Christians sponsored by Christian Reunion Ministries. This Internet Christian fellowship is based on love, brotherhood and friendship. It functions as a congregation and a Christian community using the eGroup hosting service of Yahoo. We try not to offend, and we try, at least equally as hard, not to be offended. We strive to keep the group a friendly place for Christians to gather. Click on the link above to find out more about the Christian Reunion Fellowship eGroup.
Bible Gateway is
a place you can go to search for scriptures in several languages
(including English, of course.) They also have several Bible
translations you can use, plus other resources. This is a free service provided by the
Gospel Communications International.
Mark Tabladillo's
Homepage contains information and links for those
interested in a study of the Worldwide Church of God. This church
was widely regarded as a heretic church, even as a cult. See what
our all-powerful and loving God has done to lead an entire church
to the grace that is in Christ. This miracle should serve as an
example to help us to trust God to lead us to oneness, no matter
how insurmountable the barriers may seem to us.
Precious
Testimonies is an uplifting and inspiring site that contains
many contributed born again testimonies, testimonies of answered
prayer, personal shared experiences to help others to be
strengthened with hope and encouragement, and exhortations. Be
sure to read the Director's message about why the site exists.
Ken Collins'
Web Site is a very extensive resource written by a Christian
Church (Disciples of Christ) minister. The Christian Church, the
Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), and the Church of Christ
are the names of three groups that belong to the Stone-Campbell
reformation tradition. This was a movement that attempted to
bring Christians together in unity, and eschewed
denominationalism. The movement has not yet been completely successful, and
some of its successor denominations (or "non-denominations")
contain some of the deepest rifts in Christianity. There are
hundreds of pages in many categories. Ken updates his site
regularly, so this could keep you occupied for a long, long time.
Worldwide Church of God This is
the web site of a Christian denomination that was widely regarded
as a radical and intolerant legalistic cult. They once believed
that they were the only true Christians. God led them to a
greater understanding of both his nature and his grace. Now they
are forerunners in promoting unity and understanding among their
fellow Christians. If God can change an entire
"radical" church denomination in this manner, then he
can certainly change anyone else who sincerely looks to him for
guidance. I became a member of the WCG in 1974, and am now a
living witness to the power of God to change the hearts and minds
of his people according to his will. I truly believe that,
because of their submission to his will, the WCG leadership has
been blessed with a deep understanding of God's nature, God's
grace and God's purpose for his people. Please visit this site,
especially if you think that unity is impossible because
denominations can't or won't change.
Harvest NETwork An
organization with a clear vision for unity. Many excellent
articles. Please read the "15 Theses", by Wolfgang
Simson, that they have posted on their site.
| Faithful
Friends Nursing Home Ministry This site is for the
many people who have a desire to minister to folks in
nursing homes, assisted living facilities, etc. Most of
us have, or will have, family members and friends who
live in these kinds of facilities. Worth a visit. |
| Crosswalk
Christian search, Email, news, music, chat & more. |
| Stand To Reason
This site is for those who
want to dig into the subject of defending the Chistian
faith and confronting the arguments of non-believers and
skeptics. Many resources on apologetics, philosophy, science,
theology and more. |
| Association
of Interchurch Families The various Associations of
Interchurch Families throughout the world have as their
primary purpose the support of interchurch families,
where partners belong to different denominations. They
encourage couples to strengthen their own unity while
maintaining an active role in two churches. They also
attempt to help strengthen the Christian commitment of
couples where one member's attachment to their church has
become nominal. |
| Faith Healing or Cult Child Abuse?
A family's memorial site to their daughter
who died while awaiting faith healing.
You will find links here to sites on spiritual abuse,
grief recovery, and many other related sites. Let's try
to understand and accept, with all our love, our
Christian brothers and sisters in the groups that most
regard as "cults." They are there because of
their sincere beliefs, not because they stubbornly and
stupidly reject truth. (How often do "orthodox"
Christians impute ignorance to other "orthodox"
Christians that do not believe exactly the way they do?) |
| Edward Fudge's
site Messages of grace and balanced answers to
doctrinal issues. |
| Leroy Garrett's
site A voice for reconciliation with roots in the churches of the Stone-Campbell tradition. |
| Freedom's Ring
Moving from legalism to God's grace and unity. |
